Delicious Cheddar Cheese Biscuits with Garlic Butter taste just like the ones served at Red Lobster!  It seems like a lot of butter but the biscuits soak it up and that’s what makes them so yummy!  So easy to make with just a bowl and a spoon.  Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.  Delish!!  Y’all enjoy!

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Garlic Butter

  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place parchment paper on sheet pan
  • mix Bisquick, milk and cheese together with a spoon until soft dough forms (might need to add another tablespoon or two of milk)
  • drop by spoonfuls onto cooking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown
  • Remove from oven and immediately brush tops and sides with garlic butter while still in the baking pan. The biscuits will absorb the butter mixture so keep brushing it on even if it seems like there is too much.

Garlic Butter instructions

  • Melt the butter and garlic powder together in microwave safe bowl (approximately 1 minute in microwave)
  • Brush over hot biscuits as soon as they come out of oven.
