This is an easy way to make Pecan Pie, especially if you don't have any Karo Syrup in your pantry. Once you make it this way, you might not ever go back to using the traditional recipe!

Ingredients
3eggs
1stickbutter, melted
1/4cupbuttermilk
2Tbspplain all purpose flour
1 1/2tspvanilla extract
1cupchopped pecans
1 1/2cupgranulated sugar
Instructions
Melt Butter in microwave
mix flour and sugar together in a mixing bowl
add in melted butter, buttermilk, vanilla then add eggs one at a time beating well.
Add pecans in last and beat until just well blended.
Pour mixture into prepared pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
