Unlike most of my recipes, this one requires some unusual spices. Luckily, I had all of them in my spice cabinet and I’m so glad I did because they really make this roasted cauliflower delicious! Roasted Cauliflower
Spicy but not too hot cauliflower flowerets roasted on a sheet pan

Equipment
- 1 sheet pan
- 1 Parchment Paper
- 1 large bowl
- 1 small bowl
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, ground coriander, & smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cinnamon, salt, & ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom & black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cover sheet pan with parchment paper. Divide cauliflower into florets and place in large bowl with a lid
- In small bowl, combine avocado oil, lemon juice and all the spices with a whisk.
- Pour the oil/spice blend over the cauliflower, cover with lid and toss until well coated. Let it sit for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread the florets onto the parchment paper lined sheet pan in a single layer. Place in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with the 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Serve warm. Enjoy!
