This broccoli soup is so creamy and cheesy, it is perfect for warming up on a cold day and is the ultimate comfort food. Whether you serve it in a cup or a bread bowl, it won’t take much to fill you up.  I served it in a homemade bread bowl (separate recipe) which made it extra filling and yummy! This is the soup to make if you are short on time, too, because it can be made start to finish in under an hour! Y’all enjoy!

Made this last night. It was super yummy and easy to make!
I’m so glad you made it and loved it. I’m making it again this weekend for my granddaughter who just gave birth to my great granddaughter yesterday on 2/2/22! We are all so excited but can’t see her until she comes home from the hospital. UGH! Covid restrictions highly enforced..
love, GG
